Want to Sell Your Home in the Greater San Antonio TX Area? Have a Heart Help Out a Homeless Listing Agent

Want to Sell Your Home in the Greater San Antonio TX Area?  Have a Heart Help Out a Homeless Listing Agent

I have just put my last Greater San Antonio TX home for sale under contract.  I am now officially a Homeless Listing Agent.  This is not good for the economy at all.  Homes that I have put on the market in the past 120 days are all Sold or currently under contract...Homeless
It's terrific news and all that these San Antonio TX Homes for Sale are selling so quickly.  Sellers are happy, and I am happy!  The pricing strategies and expert marketing are bringing in buyers in droves and followed up by offers...and good offers!! But...
I am all out of inventory...sniff...
I tried to be pro-active.  I saw this coming...I sent out my WE NEED YOU post and then I followed up with this Call to Needy San Antonio TX Home Sellers.  As fast as I am putting out the Just Listed Post, I am turning Around and Putting Now Pending Sale Posts up...for example, since my last post a whole week ago I put this Beautiful San Antonio TX Home for Sale under contract in 44 days...that's from the time listed to the time pending!
And, of course this wonderful Selma TX Home for Sale...a buyer snapped that one right up and it's under contract.  I mean, really, if you are on my blog site...just look to your right.  Do you see all of those pending and sold banners across my you?!
Used to be I couldn't find a buyer and now, I can't throw a rock without hitting one.  I don't want to do that hurts.  What I am trying to say is that I have plenty of buyers for homes, but I need homes to sell to them...
So, Do You Want To Sell Your San Antonio TX Area Home?  Have a Heart and Help Out This Homeless San Antonio TX Listing Agent...Call me Today for your FREE, No Obligation CMA and let me show you how I can get your Home Sold and for How Much!

It seems that inventory is down in many markets.  It is tough with so many buyers still in the market.

Inventory low and nothing to sell. You will obviously need to find buyers and work with them while engaging those that are looking to sell their homes. Good luck to you

This was a very clever post - got my attention for sure and I will seriously consider using this approach in flyers to my farm! LOVED IT!

Reminds me of one holiday season I was collecting food for the needy and offered to give 10% of commissions earned during December to our local food bank.  I sent out a Will Work for Food postcard and I can't tell you how many people called thinking I was destitute, but it worked and in January I handed a healthy check to the food bank.

Nicely done Brenda. A homeless agent is a very good agent. Means they (you in this case) knows what they are doing.

This is such a cute blog. my problem is that I have 7 listings but they are in the areas that are not moving. Do you have any tips on how I can get the listings that are in slow moving areas to sell as fast as all of these other markets?
