Real Estate Conversations with Brenda: Just a 'Little' Heart Attack

Just a 'Little' Heart Attack

It is so important for women to understand and know the signs and symptoms of a heart attack.  Women can often times have atypical signs as well...this means that they would have different signs and symptoms then men do.  Heart issues with women have increased in the past few years due to our hectic lifestyles.  This video shared by Mel shows it all and although it's humorous (it's pretty funny), it can be all too true...

There's really no such thing as a little heart attack...stay healthy and thank you Mel for sharing this.

Just a 'Little' Heart Attack.... It's the #1 killer of women in America, and yet we're oblivious to the warning signs.  Or maybe we're just too busy to notice the warning signs.... you'll see what I mean when you watch this short (funny) video.  I think every woman in America can relate to this clip... and perhaps every guy too!  Please take a moment and watch the video... you may just save a life!

Just a little heart attack... A silly spoof on a very serious subject!

I had no idea that heart attacks were the # 1 killer of women.  I am going to have to listen to the video.  Thanks for this life saving information.

Also it helps us appreciate all of life moments that much more to know that we could be at risk of heart failure if we aren't careful.

Love and light,

Laura

there is no such thing as 'a little heart attack'.

We all think: it will not happen to me, I should be fine, but it comes sometimes without any symptoms...scary.

Fortunatelly we can find a lof of usuful information online, sometimes 'knowing' will save the life.

Thanks for the re-blog Brenda!  The video speaks volumes for women all over America... we are over-achievers, doers and pleasers... and we rarely stop and pay attention to the warning signs.  I love how you highlighted the important parts in red... kudos girlfriend ;-)

I saw this last week, but it is really fitting that I should come across it again today as yesterday I found out that one of my tenants died on Wednesday night of a heart attack.
