I am at a loss of what to write today.

I am at a loss of what to write today.  I have had a million ideas running through my mind, but nothing seems to be sticking.  

DecisionsFirst I thought I may write about pricing your home to sell and how important it is...and then I thought, well they could just read Priced To Sell!!...Aren't They All? where I have a little fun with Realtor® wording and advertising.  Or you could read Pricing, Pricing and MORE Pricing where I discuss..well pricing.  You may even enjoy DRASTICALLY OVERPRICED!!  In this blog I poke some more fun.  Either way, once you read these posts you will understand that pricing a home to sell is one of the key factors in selling your home in Cibolo Schertz or Selma TX successfully.

Hmmm, perhaps I can write to some expired sellers and let them know how, just because their listing expired, there is still hope.  But then I thought well, you can just read this...So Your Guadalupe County Texas Listing Bought the Farm (Expired) where I outline marketing that can be done to raise the listing from the dead.  I also just got done writing a nice letter called Dear Expired Seller.  In this I let the expired seller know that there are many different things that can cause a listing to expire, but I am sure together we can find the problem and get your home sold successfully.  

For Sale By Owners is always a good topic to write about.  With today's attitude of do it yourself, it isn't any wonder that some homeowners figure that they can sell their home on their own saving a lot of money.  While this is true in theory, it's not generally true in practice.  Reading How To Do a For Sale By Owner or even this one..Things To Think About Goin it Alone Selling Your Schertz Texas Home, (For Sale By Owners) can give some valuable insight on why it might not be the best idea to represent yourself in selling your home.

Love the approach to this blog, Brenda.  You are right, there are so many other articles, information, sites, blogs, you name it, that touches on ALL aspects of dealing with real estate buyers and sellers.  It is important to spread the word of those that make the most sense in the market that you live in and work in.  One thing we can be sure of, as real estate practioners, is the best marketing tool out there is PRICE!!!!

Hi Dan-Thank you, thought I would try something new with the fact that nothing really creative was coming to mind to write about :).  Price is a terrific marketing tool to get it started, then a lot of our job is to make the home desirable to the masses :)!
