Delicious Dinner and Wine, Tre Trattoria, San Antonio, TX

Last night I had the opportunity to have a wonderful dinner and wine pairing held at the Tre Trattoria Restaurant.  The Tre Trattoria is located at 4003 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209.

Tre Trattoria

Tre Trattoria is one of 4, (oops 5), restaurants owned by the well known local San Antonio Chef,  Jason Dady.  If you haven't heard of Jason Dady and his restaurants, then it may be time to get out of the house a little more.  Along with the Tre Trattoria, his other restaurants, each with its own unique flavor are, The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills, Bin 555 and Two Bros BBQ Market

Last night, the Tre Trattoria featured The Wines of Ceretto with Italian Winery, Federico Ceretto.  Let me give you a little preview of what I got to have last night. Now, try not to be too jealous :o)!

Here is the 4th Course of Grilled Tuscan Ribeye with Veal Liver Risotto, yummm!

Desert Course

This is the Desert Course with Lemon Parfait.  The wine was great, Ceratto Moscato d' Asti

So, there you have it, wine and dinner at the Tre Trattoria, San Antonio, TX.  It was a great experience.  I heard a rumor that he puts on these wine pairings quite often, so I will be sure to let you know about those upcoming events!!
