Dear San Antonio Texas FSBO-San Antonio Texas For Sale by Owner Help

Dear San Antonio Texas FSBO-San Antonio Texas For Sale by Owner Help

I'm not your enemy as a San Antonio Texas Real Estate Agent.  I know that you may have been told that I am out to take your hard earned equity and turn it into profit just for me and this simply isn't true.  I promise you that I only want to help.  You see, I love the world of Real Estate.  I love helping my clients achieve their homeEvil Business Person selling or home buying goals.  Yes, I have chosen to earn a living doing that, but I didn't choose that to hurt you in any way shape or form.

For some reason you may think that I don't add any value or do anything to earn the money that I do while trying to sell your home and I have to tell you that nothing could be further from the truth.  I am not the Realtor® who comes and schmoozes up to you promising fairies and rainbows and just throws a sign in your yard and walks away leaving you confused about what is involved with the home selling process.  I take my time to educate you at each stage of the home selling process.

As your Realtor® I bring experience, education and knowledge to the business of buying and selling homes in the San Antonio Texas area.  I take the time and energy to learn what is going on in the Real Estate industry so that I can be informative to my clients.  I go to school to ensure that I know how to guide my sellers and buyers through the entire process.  Just as in any job or career, a person must learn and experience what they will need to do to perform certain duties.  I do this specifically so that I can be in the business of Real Estate.  I am sure you went to school or had some type of education to do what you do for a living.  I wouldn't profess to know more about your job than you do, so why then, would you assume to know more about mine?  Nor do I begrudge you your living.  If you had chosen to be a mechanic, I don't trash mechanics and say that they are all evil people choosing to charge me more because they know how to fix a car and I don't.  Why then do you begrudge me mine on some misguided rumor you may have heard about Real Estate agents or perhaps some TV show that represents us in a not so flattering manner.

I, as a San Antonio Texas area Real Estate Professional don't get upset at you for trying to do a For Sale By Owner and nor do I laugh and point fingers.  I get concerned that you may not have the education or experience necessary to sell your home in today's San Antonio Texas Real Estate market.  I get it that with today's do it yourself kind of mentality, you may feel you have plenty of resources to sell your home yourself and if you can do so and think you are going to save a ton of money, well then why not?  I actually agree with you.  However, I am going to say that seven times out of ten, the do it yourself approach to home selling will not get the job done for you the way you may have imagined and you may not save the money nor the time you would have had you just hired a professional in the first place.

I have a personal philosophy that buyers and sellers shouldn't go about the business of buying or selling Real Estate without a professional to represent them...and I hold that philosophy about other professions as well for myself.  For example, I am pretty sure I can learn how to do a brake job on my car and save the costs of labor which is generally the highest cost of repairing a car, however, I don't want to take the time and energy to watch a youtube video, get all greasy and then figure out I really can't do it.  I will spend a little extra in getting the job done correctly the first time around thereby saving me time and ultimately money, (and a whole lot of headaches and frustration!).

Do not underestimate what a good San Antonio Texas Realtor® can do for you in getting your home priced rightmarketed correctly and sold.  If you find yourself at a crossroads, and you have tried to sell on your own and have not had the success you thought you would have, then please, give me a call and let's discuss how I can help you to achieve your goal of selling your home.  As an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE®), I can also offer you some choices on selling your home that perhaps other professionals might not be able to offer you and service that your typical flat fee service won't help you with.

I am not your enemy and I am truly in the business of selling Real Estate to help you find home
